Windows XP Automatic Updates Reminder is Annoying

Do you have automatic updates turned on in your copy of Windows XP? I hate the stupid little reminder that keeps popping up to restart my computer. Every 20 minutes or so, another ridiculous reminder. Look, Microsoft, I hate you enough already without you bugging me every 20 minutes to reboot my computer. My workday is around 8 hours long, so it may just be that I don't want to reboot until the end of the day. Remind me once, then go away. Or at least, be as civil as most other programs and offer to remind me at a time of my choosing. Ah well, just another reason to hate Bill Gates and the Evil Empire.
